A graduate of IIM Calcutta, with 22+ years of work experience marked by solid performance and proven results. He is an HR generalist expert with intensive experience of M&As, Change Management, India employment / labour Law and International Employment and Compensation (Expat Management).

 

He has extensive experience as Country HR Manager in reputed MNCs.

 

Sathiyaseelan also holds a Diploma in Labour Law & Administration and has very strong knowledge and experience of India related employment law & regulations. His HR experience includes both strategic HR and operational HR. He has solid experience of managing, M&As, change management, restructuring, start-up management.

 

Sathiyaseelan has a very deep and strong understanding of HR processes and their business impact and brings with him a strong ability to lead HR function and people.

 

His experience as a senior HR expert includes IT sector - R&D and  Software Development, ITES, Financial Services and Manufacturing sector (both unionised and non-unionised environments).

 

His areas of strenght in HR are : Talent acquisition & retention; Performance Management Processes - design and implementation.

 

He has been a coach and a trainer.

 

He has conducted several workshops for senior and mid level managers on Team Leadership Skill, Coaching Skills, Mentoring Skills and other soft skills area.

 

He is passionate about mentoring budding talent and is actively engaged  with reputed Business shcools for providing soft skills training to management students.
